I've been working on this project for about a month, and I'm so happy to finally reveal it to you. When I originally imagined this series it was a way for me to express how I feel about life, compared to the darkness I was going through a year earlier. But when I began shooting it became so much bigger and more important than myself. All of these amazing individuals trusted me and my vision, and I felt a duty to make every one of them feel beautiful and empowered. These photos no longer felt like they were about me, but about all women. We are beautiful, and we are powerful
